Frequently Asked Questions

Please read our FAQ before sending us a message.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

There are NO delivery charges. You will not be required to pay one cent more than the total billing amount of R1 500.

If you feel delivery to your home is not secure enough, you can also have yours delivered at the closest POSTNET or Post Office branch of your choice. Simply indicate the branch in the optional Additional Information / Order Notes section underneath the section where you fill in your address and contact details. This too will be at no extra charge to you.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Credit Card, EFT (straight forward bank transfer) and SnapScan can be used.

How long will delivery take?

We use a 3-4 working day delivery service and see no reason why we shouldn’t be able to deliver within seven days. Should we encounter a delay for some reason, we will notify you.

Is the artwork autographed by the artist?

YES. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist.

Do I get a certificate of authentication for my artwork purchased?

YES. Each artwork is delivered with a certificate that confirms the print as an original numbered print in the edition

What type of printing technique is used?

The artwork is a giclée (pronounced zhee-clay) print, meaning it is an individually produced, high-resolution, high-quality fine art digital print made on a specialized inkjet printer using water-based pigment inks.

What type of paper is the artwork printed on?

The artwork is printed on True Fibre Matte 200gsm paper manufactured by Felix Schoeller in Germany

How many prints are there of each artwork?

Only 100 prints of each artwork will ever be available.

Is one number more valuable than another?

NO. The number only indicates the number of that print in the edition and one number does not have a higher value than another number. Number 1 carries the same value as number 100 etc.
